Our volunteers are an important part of what makes our Small School with a BIG Heart so special!
St. Mary’s School relies on the generosity of our school community to help support our students and teachers in many ways. We are always grateful for volunteers who are willing to share their time and talents.
Volunteer opportunities include:

• Helping in the classroom

• Serving as a homeroom parent

• Accompanying students on field trips

• Assisting with our Hot Lunch Program — we need 3 volunteers each day

• Helping with other school activities and special events

Volunteer Requirements
All volunteers who interact directly with students are required to complete the Albany Diocese Safe Environment requirements, including:

• A mandatory background check

• Safe Environment Training

• Required Sexual Harassment Training
