Tuition Assistance

St. Mary's offers needs-based grants and scholarships to eligible students.  If you wish to request tuition assistance and be considered for an award, a FACTS Grant & Aid Application must be completed.  You must apply online at www.factsmgt.com.

Please be sensitive to deadlines for tuition assistance.  Online applications must be filed on or before April 1st.

Be advised supporting documentation must accompany your FACTS application.  Your application will remain at a "submitted" status until these documents are received.  Supporting documents may include a federal 1040 income tax return or W-2 wage and tax statement.  Once all supporting information is received, your application status will be changed to "verified".  Please note only verified applications will be considered for an award.

If you receive a tuition assistance award, the amount of the award is deducted from the total tuition rate as reflected on the tuition agreement. Tuition agreements are part of the enrollment/re-enrollment process.  If you have any questions concerning the application process, please contact FACTS directly at 866.441.4637 or e-mail them through their website. Questions concerning awards and tuition agreements should be directed to the school office at 518-885-7300

Yes, at St. Mary's School, we offer classes in Physical Education, Art, Music, Spanish, Technology and Library. Students in grades 3-5 also have the opportunity for instrumental music lessons.

We have an in-house child-study team of teachers that meet to review teacher's submissions of students who are having difficulties with learning. Is tuition assistance available?

Volunteers are always welcome.  The grade level will determine the extent of assistance needed in each classroom.  There are many activities in which parent volunteers may participate, such as room parent, playground helpers, lunch servers, field trip chaperones, etc.  All volunteers are required to complete a Safe Environment Training and undergo a background check.

I would like to participate in my child’s education and be involved with the school, are these opportunities available at St. Mary’s?
