Supply List for 1st Graders
- 1 shoebox size, plastic container or smaller with a lid to store school supplies
- 1 package of #2 pencils, sharpened
- 1 box of 24 count crayons
- 1 box of 10 or 12 classic color thick markers
- Colored Pencils are optional J
- 2 pairs of scissors
- 6 glue sticks, small or large – no bottled glue please J
- 1 folder with bottom pockets – labeled: “Working on It” Folder
- 1 pair of labeled headphones that can be used during centers in both an IPad
and a Discman J (These will be sent home at the end of the year!)
- Art Smock (usually an oversized T-shirt, labeled)
- Backpack that can easily hold students supplies (no wheels)
- $25.00 class fee that will be used for parties and activities; any left over money
will be used for an end of the year field trip – cash or checks made to cash.
- 2 boxes of tissues AND 2 packages of hand wipes
* Please make sure ALL supplies are labeled with your child’s name and are present on the first day of school.
* We will be using these supplies all year and there may come a time when supplies are running low. When the time comes to replenish your child’s supplies a note will be sent home with what is needed!
* The items labeled in red will be used by the class community so there is no need to label those.
* Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, our classroom will be continuously cleaned. If you are able to donate any of the following, I would greatly appreciate it! Please do not feel obligated, but these are items we will be in need of and will help us to keep up with sanitizing throughout the day!
