ST. MARY’S SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM
To: The Parents, Students and Staff of St Mary’s Ballston Spa
Foods & Frostings Bakery and Catering is proud to announce that we have been chosen to provide the school lunch program for St. Mary’s School for the upcoming 2011-2012 school year. We are Shawn and Joan Weaver, owners of Foods & Frostings. We understand the importance of proper nutrition for children and are dedicated to provide nutritious and delicious meals that even the most finicky kids will enjoy. We use fresh, not frozen, minimally processed, locally grown and produced ingredients to prepare your child’s school lunches.
St. Mary School students and staff will have healthy choices for lunch. We will have available fresh homemade soup each day, hot meal or cold meal choices. Please take some time to review the monthly calendar style menu each month and assist your child in making his/her choices. Menu orders must be submitted by the date indicated on the menu each month to St. Mary’s school.
You have a choice on the method of payment. Checks, cash, or credit card payments will be accepted in person or mailed to the school, or in our shop in Glenville. Credit card phone payments may also be made at the number on the letter head. Lunch prices will remain the same as last year at $3.25 per lunch. An option for yearly payment instead of monthly is also available. Payments must be submitted by the date indicated on the menu each month. It is important to have your Menu choices and Payment submitted by due date to ensure that each student is accounted for.
Discount Available: If you purchase lunches every day for the whole year and Pre-Pay you get 3(Three) Weeks Free. You will still have to fill out the lunch form every month. It just makes it convenient so you don’t have to pay with check or credit card every month. Please mark the order forms accordingly if you decide to take advantage of this program. Discount Price is $536.00 for the year with 3(Three) Weeks Free! Extra pizza slices still have to be paid for monthly as they are not included in this price.
