Hot Lunch Information From Anthony’s

TO:  The Parents, Students and Staff of St Mary’s Ballston Spa

RE:  Hot Lunch Program

 

 

HELLO!  We again appreciate the opportunity to serve all the students and staff of St. Mary’s daily!  Our goal is to offer convenience of choice while making each lunch nutritional.  We have done a lot of research and have made this program state-of-the-art.  (Lunches will be $3.25 each).

 

HERE IS A LITTLE SUMMARY ON HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS AND WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

 

FLEXIBLE!  Each day you may choose one of the hot lunches of the day, there is more than one hot lunch per day, plus you can choose one of the sandwiches or subs or salads daily.  Our flexibility allows you to choose our lunch every day, some days or you can bring your own.  We do not require a minimum.  You may choose as many or little as you would like.

 

QUALITY!  This is very important to us.  We use top of the line food products.  We never skimp.  We don’t use processed meats or chicken or bagged veggies like fast food restaurants.  We make homemade dough and sauce for our pizzas.  Our portions are very good and kid friendly, approved by a child nutritionist.  We bake foods and do not deep fry whenever possible.  No trans fat.

 

OUR PROGRAM:  You will get a calendar style menu.  It looks complicated but when you sit with it, it is quite easy to understand.  You circle, X or highlight the coordinating letters & numbers for each meal of the day.  The forms are MONTHLY and have a FIRM DEADLINE on them to be turned into school. 

 

IMPORTANT POINTS YOU SHOULD NOTE (These are very important!)

 

  1. PLEASE MARK YOUR ORDER FORMS CAREFULLY, highlighter or circles work best.  If you make a mistake DO NOT CROSS OUT, write actual letter next to the day.
  2. Please make sure you use a different form for each child, all info must be filled out for each child too, (sorry).
  3. THERE ARE NO CREDIT CARDS ON FILE, YOU MUST FILL OUT A FORM FOR EACH CHILD IF YOU USE A CREDIT CARD.
  4. BE SURE TO FILL OUT STUDENT NAME & GRADE!
  5. NO STAPLES…NO STAPLES…NO STAPLES – just fold check or cash in order slip and put in envelope.
  6. All checks payable to:  ANTHONYS
  7. IF YOU PAY BY CREDIT CARD YOUR STATEMENT WILL SHOW A CHARGE FROM ANTHONYS PIZZA PALACE.
  8. GRAB BAG LUNCH = YOGURT, STRING CHEESE, RICE KRISPY TREAT AND ASST. FRUIT.
  9. Every day you have choices A through O to pick from!
  10. If you want a second slice of pizza you must note it on the day and add it in the bottom amount due. 

 

 

DISCOUNT AVAILABLE – SEE FLYER – If you purchase lunches every day for the whole year and PRE-PAY you can get 3 (THREE) Weeks FREE.  You will still have to fill out a form every month; it just helps you not have to write a check or credit card info every time.  Please mark the order forms that you have prepaid there is an area to check for it.  The DISCOUNT IS $536.00 for the year. (extra pizza slices have to be paid for monthly, as they are not included in discount price).

 

FAMILY DISCOUNT:  For those families who have more than two children attending SMBS, when you fill out the 3rd child’s form they get the meal at half price.

Check the family plan box and adjust the total accordingly for that child.

 

NOTE TO TEACHERS:  If you are having a class trip or special lunch on a specific day that you don’t want your students to order please X (cross) out the day on the menu before you pass them out. Be sure the class knows to pack a lunch that day if need be.
